Creative Consulting

We work with nonprofits and arts organizations to develop strategic plans, revenue/fundraising strategies, build change into scenario projects, communications, and team building. We work specifically with arts organizations to align programming with mission.

Executive and Organizational Coaching

Megan is an IECL Level 1 Certified Coach who works with nonprofit leaders to develop their facilitative leadership capabilities. We work with you to build new leadership approaches and uncover blind spots, expanding self-awareness, creating new avenues for collaboration and helping to transform teams and organizations.

Producing

Under Root & Branch Productions: We take on a limited number of performance projects that are early in development. We seek work that is formally innovative, intellectually rigorous, and sees the audience as a collaborator. We do not consider line producer-for-hire work and will only fundraise for projects in which we have a creative stake.

Dramaturgy/Script Development

Megan works with individual writers on script development and dramaturgy, and is also available to dramaturg dance and theatre projects. We will only consider formally innovative, highly theatrical, intellectually rigorous work.
